Alcott was a Detroit Police Department officer who was slain by Clarence Boddicker and his gang.

Alcott and his partner, Stephanie Duffy, were called to a disturbance, which turned out to be a distressed nude woman running the streets. Shortly after Duffy joked that the woman was fellow officer Frank Frederickson's wife, their cruiser was blown up. After fleeting moments of clinging to life, Alcott soon expired.[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

The scene featuring Alcott was not filmed, but was included in Ed Naha's novelization. Alcott's name does still appear in the film as one of Clarence's suspected murders.
