Catzo was a follower of Cain and member of the Nuke Cult.
Biography
When RoboCop came searching for the cult at an old sludge plant, Catzo set a trap for him, but only managed to destroy his car. Later, after RoboCop was overpowered, Catzo helped to disassemble him.
After Officer Duffy was deemed responsible for tipping off RoboCop to the cult's location, Catzo and Hob lured Duffy to an abandoned hospital, where Catzo knocked him out and took him to be eviscerated alive.
Catzo was later present at a raid on the sludge plant by the Detroit Police Department.
Behind the scenes
Catzo's fate is unknown in the final cut of the film. In the fourth draft of the script, he is thrown into a vat of Nuke and overdoses, a similar fate seen in the RoboCop 2 arcade game. However, in the comic adaptation and novelization, he is killed in a knife fight, stabbed in the heart by Officer Anne Lewis. According to Catzo's actor, Michael Medeiros, this scene was filmed and stills appear to exist from it, but it did not make the final cut for unknown reasons.
