Chandra was a woman who, along with Tawney, was entertained by Bob Morton just prior to his death.
Just before the OCP executive's demise, the group was indulging in cocaine, which Chandra put some of in her cleavage to allow Bob to snort from it. Clarence Boddicker then entered, ordering the girls to leave. As Chandra was ousted, she requested Bob to call her.
