The Dogtown Boys are a gang of punks in the Dogtown neighborhood of Old Detroit. They are led by Big Dog, who hates nearly everyone and everything. Their recruitment flyer actually reads: Hate everyone? Are you always right while everyone else is always wrong? Join the Dogtown Boys, people like us. They get a large number of recruits through Family Services from Fanny LaMour.
OCP executive Chip Chayken uses the Dogtown boys to further his evil schemes. They were used to capture victims for use in his NeuroBrain project. He also at one point put them under direct command of William Ray Morgan to defend the entrance to the Public Works building from RoboCop.
