Jensen was an officer of the Detroit Police Department. He was partnered with Donnelly.
Biography[]
After Jensen – and many other police officers – stopped a would-be robber at a donut shop, a call was received about a breaking and entering offense at a police facility. Jensen and Donnelly responded to the call alongside Officer Anne Lewis.[1]
Jensen and Donnelly failed the pursuit after running into a car, and Lewis' car subsequently flipped, stranding the three officers in Splatterpunk territory. They managed to fend off the gang members long enough for RoboCop to come to their aid and incapacitate the gang.[1]
Back at Metro West, Jensen revealed to Lewis that RoboCop was being reprogrammed.[1]

- In RoboCop: Rogue City, Kurtz has some resemblance to Jensen.
- It is unknown if Jensen participated in the battle against the Rehabs and Splatterpunks.
