"What brings you to this paradise?"
F. Manson was a Detroit Police Officer serving at the Metro West Precinct.
Biography[]
Manson welcomed Alex Murphy to the precinct upon his arrival. He also briefly discussed a strike with Kaplan before Sergeant Warren Reed cut the conversation short when he entered with Cecil to removed murdered Officer Frank Frederickson's belongings.
He later spoke in favor of a strike before cyborg police officer RoboCop brought in Clarence Boddicker to be booked.
Manson later refused to follow orders to destroy RoboCop, given to Lieutenant Hedgecock by Dick Jones and walked off in disgust, effectively going on strike.
Years later, when RoboCop and Anne Lewis returned to the precinct after rescuing hostages from the TV station, Manson congratulated RoboCop. During the briefing later on, Manson questioned the whereabouts of Officer Briggs, who had gone missing.[1]
