Doctor McNamara was a lead technician for the Enforcement Droid Series 209.
Biography[]
During Dick Jones' presentation of ED-209 to the OCP board, McNamara oversaw the machine. An executive named Kinney was volunteered to act as an armed suspect to demonstrate the ED-209's abilities. However, after Kinney tossed his gun down, the ED-209 still recognized him as an armed subject. McNamara and the other technicians frantically tried to shut down the ED-209, but did not manage to do so until after Kinney had been killed by it.[1]
