Featured Article Dick Jones is the Senior President of OCP during the events of the first film. The series 209 Enforcement Droid was Jones's pet project. A ruthless silver-haired fox, an opportunist, fiercy competitive and totally amoral, Jones will do anything to eliminate any competition with him and his project, even if it means murder.
