Roosevelt played a significant role in RoboCop program.[1]
After RoboCop was installed in the Metro West precinct, Roosevelt was given a degree of responsibility in overseeing him. He was alerted by his colleagues when RoboCop quite inexplicably stood up from his station and walked around without any order. He ran after RoboCop, seeing Anne Lewis talking to him. He made it to the car lot just as RoboCop was driving off and told Officer Lewis that she was in serious trouble.[1]
When Bob Morton arrived at the precinct, Roosevelt informed him that RoboCop had a kind of dream and that they should turn him offline for a week to run tests.[1]
