Rudimentary paste

A "rudimentary paste" was a food supplement developed to sustain RoboCop's organic systems. It could be dispensed from a machine in RoboCop's maintenance chamber and placed into paper cups. It is not known how RoboCop actually ingested the paste; the paper cups seemed to indicate a simple swallowing procedure. It is also unknown what became of the waste elements after the paste had been "digested" in his system.

History

While the maintenance chamber was being set up at the Metro West Precinct, Dr. Roosevelt gave Bob Morton and Donald Johnson a brief tour. He dispensed some paste from the machine and handed it Johnson, who sampled it, and remarked that it tasted like "baby food."

Baby food would itself become RoboCop's main form of sustenance, specifically Baby Maid brand.
