Seltz was an important member of the Rehabs being the right-hand man of their leader, Paul McDaggett.

Biography[]

As the Rehabs began moving people out of their homes in Cadillac Heights, Seltz accompanied McDaggett to make sure everything was going well.[1]

Later, when officers RoboCop and Anne Lewis encountered a group of Rebels inside a church, Seltz accompanied McDaggett and several Rehab soldiers. McDaggett after an attempt to stop the officers and open fire on Lewis, Seltz and the Rehabs shot at RoboCop until McDaggett fired his grenade launcher, damaging RoboCop, but being saved by the Rebels.[1]

After fleeing to another hideout, the Rehabs entered the church but with no one inside. Seltz informed his boss that RoboCop was still advancing underground. Using the tracker inserted in RoboCop he led them to a sewer which exploded.[1]

A member of the rebellion, Coontz, after revealing the location of the rebellion's hideout. The Rehabs stormed the scene, capturing Dr. Marie Lazarus, RoboCop's technician. Seltz asked his McDaggett about the situation of Coontz, who had been murdered.[1]

When McDaggett arrived at the Detroit Police Department's Metro West precinct and ordered officers to join the Rehabs in clearing Cadillac Heights. The station sergeant, Warren Reed, refused to take part and threw his badge to the ground and was followed by the remaining officers.[1]

McDaggett decided to hire members of the Splatterpunks gang to help clear Cadillac Heights. When the gang members were preparing, Seltz surveyed the area.[1]

During the police confrontation now allied with the rebels against the Rehabs, Seltz arrived in an armored tank. He shot and felled several officers and rebels, however. RoboCop arrives mounted on the jetpack and equipped with the Gunarm, he fired a missile at the tank's cannon causing it to explode with Seltz inside it.[1]
