"Sisters in Crime" is the sixteenth episode of RoboCop: The Series.

Plot[]

The OCP Chairman watches What's On Your Mind?, where Umberto Ortega interviews Rochelle Carney about her new book, Why Men Are Jerks and Sis Finster about her group Women for the Overthrow of Male Bastions (WOMB). Sis references thirty-two cases of sexual harassment last year at OCP, which Aubrey Fox dismisses as a lie. Fox continues to embarrass himself against the women. As the Chairman's driver Queensbury pulls the car into the headquarters, they slowly move through a group of people protesting the sexual harassment at OCP. Some of the protestors vandalize the car and physically attack the Chairman and Queensbury. RoboCop arrives to the scene and they vandalize him as well before he arrests two of them.

Vetrocomp Industries moves forward with their plans to take over OCP.

Chip Chayken visits Carney. They both seek revenge against OCP, making plans that entail extortion, embezzlement, kidnapping and murder.

At Metro South, Charlie cleans up RoboCop and Detective Madigan enters, arguing with Charlie over whether the protestors are right or not.

Vetrocomp CEO Harold Hammersmith finds Chayken at his pool table and they discuss their plans to blackmail the OCP board, with plans to make Chayken Vice President of OCP-Vetrocomp's research and development division. Hammersmith tells Chayken to leave him out of whatever plans he has for the Chairman.

Carney visits WOMB, where Nancy Murphy serves as recording secretary. Carney goes to speak to the two women that had been arrested, the Rad Femmes Willa Sweet and Punk, whose tactics are not advocated by WOMB. She takes them to her home, where Chayken arrives in drag under the alias "Cha Cha."

Fox walks the Chairman through a speech he wrote and are visited by the women and Chayken. After Fox exits to send the Chairman's secretary home for the day, Chayken and the Rad Femmes kidnap the Chairman, who they dress in drag. Metro South quickly receives news of his capture and RoboCop is immediately on the case.

The Chairman is taken to Carney as Chayken stays in the Chairman's office, overriding the security system and deactivating the communications systems before uploading a virus to the Chairman's computer. Diana appears to him, learning that he had been released from prison early. The virus takes effect on her, rendering her powerless, with less than a day before the virus destroys her entirely. He continues rummaging through the Chairman's computer files, escaping RoboCop and Madigan arrive, finding a message led by the Rad Femmes, which says the Chairman will not be released unless he meets WOMB's demands. While investigating, RoboCop finds a disc left by Chayken. Fox worriedly points out that the Chairman's absence will certainly mean that Vetrocomp will take over OCP.

The women force the Chairman to do chores for them to make him feel like oppressed women. Carney enters and the Chairman is shocked to see her in on the plot.

Chayken goes to Hammersmith, saying they can blame the Chairman's kidnapping entirely upon the Rad Femmes. Meanwhile, RoboCop goes to a computer terminal, finding he is unable to contact Diana. In her stead, he asks Charlie to analyze the disc and then sees Nancy on television, informing the television audience that WOMB in no way advocates the actions of the Rad Femmes.

The Chairman empties a vacuum cleaner bag on the Rad Femmes and attempts to escape them, but he fails. Carney calls Chayken, who shows her a disc containing the Chairman's stock portfolio and they plan to transfer his holdings to themselves, thus ending up with half of OCP's assets. Because the Chairman saw Carney, they decide to let the Rad Femmes deal with him.

RoboCop and Madigan ask Nancy about the Rad Femmes and she recalls seeing them leave with Carney. RoboCop asks Nancy why she is a member of WOMB and she answers she believes in their cause after realizing how much she had depended on Alex once he died and wishes to help other women avoid the same situation. RoboCop is troubled by this, but Madigan assures him that he did nothing wrong. After they part ways, RoboCop asks Charlie if he had cracked the disc, but he had yet to have any luck. RoboCop surmises that the disc contains a virus. RoboCop attempts to contact Diana again, but fails.

Madigan goes to Carney's home and is held at gunpoint upon finding a note indicating that Chayken was at Hammersmith's home.

RoboCop goes to the Chairman's office and finds security footage of Chayken and Diana's exchange. He uploads an anti-virus to the computer, saving Diana.

On Hammersmith's computer, Chayken transfers the Chairman's shares. Meanwhile, Carney brings Madigan to the Rad Femmes, providing them with the Detective's gun.

Hammersmith denounces the Chairman's kidnapping, but insists that the vote for the potential takeover must go on. Diana traces Chayken's v-phone to the Hammersmith residence. She and RoboCop watch as Carney arrives.

Madigan is handcuffed to the Chairman and they manage to subdue the Rad Femmes and free themselves. The Chairman rushes to the board meeting. RoboCop approaches Hammersmith, who admits that Chayken is inside the residence, but insists he has no part of the kidnapping. Carney and Chayken get into her car and she speeds into RoboCop, but he manages to hang onto the hood and shoots out the engine. He peels back the roof and prepares to arrest them. Chayken holds Carney at gunpoint. Diana uses a utility pole to shock Chayken, as vengeance for imprisoning and nearly destroying her with a virus back in the first place, even allowing him to be arrested by RoboCop.

The kidnapping conspirators are arrested, Hammersmith withdraws from the OCP takeover, and the Chairman announces a fifteen percent discount on OCP products for women, much to the amusement of Diana and RoboCop.
