"Wendell Antonowsky" was the alias given to a rogue OCP operative. As the mysterious New Guy in Town, he made his mark on Old Detroit by offering money to any gang willing to accept his proposal to burn the city down. Due to this, some gangs advertised themselves by committing violent crimes.
The Antonowsky alias was given to him in order to emotionally manipulate RoboCop by evoking his past, Emil Antonowsky being one of his murderers. Under this name, Wendell claimed to be Emil's brother.[1]
