Willard Pugh is an American actor who portrayed Mayor Marvin Kuzak in RoboCop 2.
He is perhaps best known for his role as Harpo Johnson in the film The Color Purple. He also later acted in Air Force One, which featured Gary Oldman, who would go on to play Dennett Norton in RoboCop, as the main villain.
